Your experiences may be different.My onsite computer client’s internet was down. I ran troubleshooting tests. No computer problems were indicated so I called Spectrum. It seems my computer client had got behind on his bill for the office and pool wifi. Spectrum often, according to my client, confused his personal account with his business account more than once. Spectrum took advantage of my client being behind in his bill by forcing him to upgrade to a faster internet speed. The customer support representative also stated he’d need a new modem.
