In 1918 it became electrified, in nineteen hundred and twelve the town of Igueldo accredited the architect Luis Elizalde refurbishments, incorporating a plant with expectant windows and a patio (from it you can see the city of San Sebastian and the landscape), and in nineteen hundred and twenty nine his flasher was renewed, increasing its reach.
